In the event of cancellation under this clause, Tastesmiths will pay the cost of returning any substitute goods. If an item or a part of that order is returned and/or refunded, Tastesmiths will refund the pro-rata value. Tastesmiths is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery as a result of the actions of a third party. If you require delivery on or by a particular date, please select guaranteed delivery when making your purchase.
