Tastesmiths.com Return Policy?
At Tastesmiths, all orders are sent via a 24 hour service as standard with delivery confirmation. If you are not in when delivery is attempted then a note will be left for you to arrange re-delivery. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 7 working days of delivery except in respect of perishable goods or goods which have been consumed, opened or damaged by you. If you cancel your order of unperishable goods, you must return the goods in their original packaging together with the invoice at your expense. Please use a tracked or guaranteed form of delivery when returning goods as Tastesmiths is unable to accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit. The full amount paid by you will be refunded to the card or other method of payment used by you within 14 days. However, the direct costs of recovery will be deducted if this is done at Tastesmiths' expense. In the event of cancellation under this clause, Tastesmiths will pay the cost of returning any substitute goods. If an item or a part of that order is returned and/or refunded, Tastesmiths will refund the pro-rata value. Tastesmiths is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery as a result of the actions of a third party. If you require delivery on or by a particular date, please select guaranteed delivery when making your purchase. If your goods do not reach you, please contact Tastesmiths to enable them to investigate and if appropriate resend your delivery. Tastesmiths usually dispatch products within 3 working days of receiving your order. They post all of their products using Royal Mail 24 (First Class). Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day including Saturdays but this can take up to 3 working days.
